El muestreo abarca desde la superficie hasta las cercan\u00edas del fondo en la zona hadal (&gt;6.000 m). Se utilizar\u00e1n diversos modelos biol\u00f3gicos para estudiar las adaptaciones mediante prote\u00f3mica, gen\u00f3mica y transcript\u00f3mica. Tambi\u00e9n se analizar\u00e1n el metabolismo (aer\u00f3bico y anaer\u00f3bico) y las tasas fisiol\u00f3gicas. <\/span><\/li><li><b>Gen\u00f3mica y an\u00e1lisis de comunidades microbianas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aplicar enfoques gen\u00f3micos dependientes e independientes del cultivo (metagen\u00f3mica y gen\u00f3mica de c\u00e9lula \u00fanica), junto con prote\u00f3mica, para estudiar las comunidades microbianas pel\u00e1gicas, incluyendo virus. Evaluar la diversidad microbiana, del microplancton y de los metazoos mediante ADN ambiental (eDNA), utilizando metagen\u00f3mica, metabarcoding y an\u00e1lisis morfol\u00f3gicos.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Diversidad filogen\u00e9tica y adaptaciones evolutivas:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Analizar la diversidad filogen\u00e9tica y el endemismo de grupos biol\u00f3gicos seleccionados mediante estad\u00edstica Bayesiana y modelaci\u00f3n, relacion\u00e1ndolos posteriormente con eventos y procesos geol\u00f3gicos e hidrodin\u00e1micos pasados y presentes.<\/span><\/li><li><b>Procesos biogeoqu\u00edmicos y ciclo del carbono:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Estimar la edad y el tiempo de renovaci\u00f3n de la materia org\u00e1nica a partir de las concentraciones y firmas de radiocarbono (\u039414C), del carbono org\u00e1nico disuelto y del carbono particulado suspendido y recolectado en trampas de sedimentos (POC y PIC), a distintas profundidades de la columna de agua. Desplegar sistemas de incubaci\u00f3n <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in situ<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, para cuantificar directamente las tasas de ciclado del
